Check your antivirus detects virus correctly or not. Most of us have security software such as an antivirus installed to protect our computer against viruses.
The question is, how do you know if the antivirus installed is working properly ? The program would probably state that your computer is protected or the protection is enabled but how can you be sure that is really working.
To check your antivirus, you have to create a file. Test file will not affect your computer anyway.

Step 2. Paste the following code in Notepad.

Step 3. Save the file as .exe or .com extension. If your antivirus working properly, it should automatically remove the file from your computer.
